Tracking updates are posted at each major checkpoint (pickup, hub arrival, border/customs, out for delivery). International journeys may take 12-24 hours between checkpoint scans.

Yes, all pet transports can be insured against injury, illness, or loss. Insurance is calculated based on declared value at checkout or quote request.
