These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SafePup Delivery website and pet transport services. By requesting a quote, booking a pet transport, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
SafePup Delivery provides pet relocation, import/export documentation, boarding, and related transport services for air, ferry, and road travel. Specific service terms, rates, and transit times are confirmed at the time of booking and may vary by route and destination.
2. Quotes & Booking
Quotes provided through our website or calculator tool are estimates only and are not binding until confirmed in writing by a SafePup Delivery representative. Final charges may vary based on actual pet weight, crate dimensions, documentation fees, and surcharges applicable at time of transport.
3. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate pet information, including breed, weight, vaccination history, and temperament, and for ensuring their pet complies with all applicable import/export and health regulations for the destination country. Pets with incomplete or invalid documentation may be refused, delayed, or held by border authorities without liability to SafePup Delivery.
4. Liability & Insurance
Standard carrier liability limits apply unless additional pet travel insurance is purchased. We strongly recommend insuring journeys of significant value through our Pet Travel Insurance program. SafePup Delivery is not liable for delays caused by border holds, weather, carrier disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms specified on your invoice or account agreement. Bookings may be held pending payment for clients without an approved account.
6. Tracking Information
Tracking data displayed on this website reflects the most recent status reported to our systems. Estimated arrival dates are best-effort projections and not guarantees.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, graphics, and text, is the property of SafePup Delivery and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Frankfurt am Main.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
